With the introduction of a material specific web-site Glassprns.co.uk come a raft of benefits to the wider glass PRN marketplace.

The site, an innovation of the William Tracey Ltd group, will focus exclusively on matters directly relevant to those with an interest in this particular market. It is anticipated that it will further enhance their successful PRNBrokers.co.uk activities.

Accredited Glass reprocessors will be offered a unique platform to highlight both their recycling activities and innovations therin as well as an avenue to secure contracts for their prns both on a spot purchase basis and perhaps more importantly on a forward contract basis. The site will also attempt to offer market statistics and legislative guidance on an ongoing basis.

Jim Walker, Commercial Manager of All Glass Reprocessors in Scotland commented that, "It is refreshing to see someone specialising in a specific prn marketplace and I feel confident that, as a result of initial discussions, we will achieve a risk free prn strategy for the next two years. This will allow us to continue with our planned recycling expansion in the same period."

The site is currently in the development stages and the initial phase should be online by September 1st 2004.
