Accreditation of Brokers and Traders

With added focus on the need for operational plans from both individually obligated producers and compliance to include procurement strategies is this the time to consider implementing an accreditation procedure for prn brokers and traders.

Brokers and traders are being used, to source prn's, by the majority of compliance schemes and also by a significant number of producers registered directly with the relevant agencies.
