SEPA issue new guidelines for completing PRN Certificates - 20/05/04
SEPA have issued guidance to all accredited reprocessors and exporters instructing them on the correct way to complete PRN certificates. A SEPA spoesperson explained, "This new guidance aims to establish a clear audit trail for all PRN certificates and aims also to assist reprocessors maximise the income derived from the sale of PRN's."
